This Privacy Policy explains how DM Swiper ("we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our web application and its integration with GoHighLevel ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and hashed password when you create an account.
• GoHighLevel data — via OAuth, we access the locations, pipelines, opportunities, contacts, calendars, and message templates you authorize, solely to power the swipe workflow.
• Usage data — aggregate counts of swipes, messages sent, replies, and bookings used to render your dashboard analytics.
• Billing data — subscription status and transaction records. Card details are handled entirely by PayPal; we never see or store them.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To perform the pipeline, tagging, template, and booking actions you trigger.
• To display your performance analytics.
• To process subscriptions and keep your account active.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the processors required to run the Service — GoHighLevel (source data), PayPal (billing), and our hosting/database providers — or when required by law.

Data retention & security

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you uninstall the app or delete your account, associated tokens and location data are removed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Uninstalling DM Swiper from a GoHighLevel location revokes our access to that location.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
