The Service

DM Swiper is a workflow tool that connects to your GoHighLevel account to help you qualify, tag, message, and book leads. You are responsible for the actions you configure and trigger through the Service.

Free trial & billing

• New accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial with no card required.
• To continue after the trial, an active PayPal subscription is required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, GoHighLevel's terms, and messaging regulations (including consent and opt-out requirements for SMS). You may not use the Service to send unlawful, unsolicited, or abusive communications.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Third-party services

The Service relies on GoHighLevel and PayPal. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of these third parties. DM Swiper is not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel, Inc.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
